Guatemala Finca La Pia Washed (Small Batch)

The latest offering in our Small Batch Series, this fragrant and sweet coffee is produced by Don Victor Calderon, whose family has been involved in coffee growing for over 140 years. Located in the high altitude Palencia Region boasting plenty of annual rainfall, Finca La Pia uses simplistic and efficient farming techniques to showcase and highlight the very best aspects of the Caturra and Bourbon varieties that are grown.

This coffee is part of Finca La Pia's "La Aurora" lot, featuring the top beans selected through daily sorting and cupping, ensuring a high-quality and enjoyable cup for our customers.

Notes of Milk Chocolate, Sugar Icing, and aromatic Orange Blossom with medium acidity and a pleasant round body. Highly enjoyable - we recommend every brewing method (sans espresso) for this coffee, with only slight variations in tasting notes and complexity.
